Admissions are given after the criteria is fulfilled and upon the availability of seats.

The school follows a transparent admission policy. The admission process includes obtaining application, submitting the fully filled admission form, a random selection process (not biased on any particular criterion) and the observations during school visit. Therefore school visit is necessary for every child seeking admission.

The decision of the school will be final.


Pre-Primary Section: Photo copy of birth certificate, Aadhar Card and latest passport size photograph,

Std. I: Original Birth Certificate, photocopy of Aadhar Card.

Std. II to X: The school leaving certificate from the last school attended, photocopy of Aadhar Card; Progress report of previously attended examination. If the student has come on a transfer from another state or district, the school leaving certificate must be countersigned by the concerned District Education Officer

Qualifying Age:

  • Mini K.G.: 3 years completed.
  • Jr. K.G.: 4 years completed.
  • Sr. K.G.: 5 years completed.
  • Std. 1: 6 years completed.


  1. In case parents wish to withdraw the admission of their child, it should be intimated before the school closes in second term for summer vacation.
  2. In case of new admission or std. l (Senior K.G. going Std. l) the entire admission fee would be deducted from the fees paid.
  3. In case of parents who cancel the admission after the stipulated time there will be deduction in the fees paid as per the following rules:
  • 30 days from the school opening date as notified by Zilla Parishad - 10% deduction of school fee.
  • 45 days from the school opening date as notified by Zilla Parishad - 20% deduction of school fee.
  • 60 days from the school opening date as notified by Zilla Parishad - 50% deduction of school fee.

For cancellation after 2 months, there won’t be any refund.

Uniform, Books & Notebooks:

The details can be obtained from the school office.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Fees should be paid as specified in the fee structure within two instalments.
  2. Office hours for fee transactions are from 8.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
  3. Admission will be confirmed after completing the necessary office procedures and payment of fees.

Late Fee Rules:

In case of delay in payment of fees after the stipulated time given by the school, additional late fee will be collected for per day that is delayed.
